New York - Liberia roundtrip - $297 (inc. tax) - November 8-15

just a quick note for everyone living in NYC or the surrounding area. Right now US Airways has an incredible special going on:

roundtrip flights to Liberia, Costa Rica for $297 (including tax)!

WRSC still has some rooms available for this week, so if you've been on the fence as to when to visit us, why not during this week?

It is Saturday - Saturday (so you get the free Liberia shuttle both ways), plus returning guests always get 10% discount off of normal rates. I hope this helps.

on track

I want to thank everyone who emailed me, instant messaged me, pinged me on facebook, found me in the street, or otherwise contacted me to tell me they can be my virtual assistant. I have already started working with a couple people I've met and already feel the refreshing buzz you get when you make a list and then start crossing things off. I will be responding to everyone who contacted me, this job posting has been filled.

Something that has been in my face lately is that, especially in tougher economic times, it is important to have a business that is scalable. My having a varied talent pool allows me to call on Tim for helping to host the web cam on my dedicated server, have Emily get my T-Mobile Hotspot account canceled (and even get a refund), and have Nikola write me that PHP script I need for a new RSS feed project I'm working on. I want to send my love out to you, Miss Internet. I love you. You make all of this possible.

Hey look, I'm using paragraphs!

Heres another one here!

I'm so sick of this federal bailout plan. Yesterday Democrats and Republicans banded together and shot it down. GW is all about this plan suddenly, when, up until very recently, he never even acknowledged this recession and described things as "slow economic growth". Now all of a sudden we need $700 Billion. Thats like a number one comes up with in their head. Its like saying I need a zillion dollars. For what? Then the stock market crumbles and CNN shows images of bankers going berserk. And now we're supposed to be worried that if we don't bail out Wall Street we're all going down. Heres a little news GW, Americans have been sweating it for a little longer than you realize.

Then I start thinking about how I moved to Costa Rica where things are a little different. Its a little more wild west, a lot more laid back, and definitely up to me to control the media instead of the media controlling me. I'm much more excited about the Chargers beating the Raiders on Sunday and the fact that the surf just shot up today to head high plus. I'll put a surf report pic up today, I'm sure this afternoon's surf will be fun on high tide so check it out on the web cam. It appears like the wind is dying...

Some music to get you through the day:
Wilco - Side With Seeds
Kings of Leon - Milk
CSS - Lets Make Love And Listen To Death From Above

its late

2am and I'm wide awake watching Soul Train on FX. classic.

CURRENTLY HIRING PART-TIME VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

I am currently hiring a virtual assistant. Before I go into the details of what I'm looking for, let me express that I am a very difficult person to work for. My mind races at a million miles an hour and I have a hard time keeping up with myself as I write down all of my (what appear to me to be good) ideas. Although my friends and family don't tell me this (that often), I know that I can be impossible from time to time. I get grumpy until I've had five cups of coffee in the morning and I hate doing what I'm told, which is probably why I started my own business. I have faults like anyone else, so instead of hiding them or hiding from them, I need an assistant who can compliment them. Like many business owners, I tend to want to do most things myself but know that this is not at all reasonable. What I need is someone I can delegate to complete my long list of things to do. Or at least to help me to get them done, creating less work for me and not more.

Why would you want to work for me? Hmmm.... lets see if I can make a list....
1) you want experience in the surf industry
2) you like the idea of the occasional business trip to Costa Rica
3) you want to work from home, remotely, without a boss looking over your shoulder, contractually so you can do your work on your schedule instead of mine
4) you love computers and the internet so much you decided you should get a job using computers and the internet, or a second job using computers and the internet
5) you hate cubicles and dress codes. Casual Fridays make you want to puke
6) you want an opportunity to grow with a fun company that doesn't take itself too seriously, yet seriously enough to remain a leader it its field

Wow, sounds interesting, right? It is. But along with this job comes much responsibility. You must understand what I mean when I say I'm looking for someone who has amazing communication skills (because mine generally suck). You are an internet guru (don't lie, I know the internet pretty well myself). You understand that your job is to make my job easier. You have extensive experience with html and dreamweaver, photoshop, FTPing things back and forth without erasing all of my files. You understand technology and how the Internet brings everything together, you know what Web 2.0 means, you type fast, you use skype, you probably have an iphone or a crackberry and use it more than is probably healthy. You live in Manhattan. You speak Spanish, at least enough to call a Spanish speaking person via skype and hold a conversation. You surf. You don't have to be a great surfer, I don't care if you're a beginner, but you possess a passion for surfing. This is a MUST. You are nice, not rude. Your voice isn't crackling like a smoker with a cancer throat hole. You want to make my life easier and you volunteer for more and more responsibilities, which I pay you for and we both live happier. You know what elance is and how to use it effectively. You love media, whether its radio talk shows or editing audio files with Garage Band or uploading videos to youtube. You are good with people, especially on the phone or with a webcam. People like you, people don't fear you. You follow up with everything so I don't have to, because trust me I'll forget and it will end up as another entry on one of my lists. You have a sense of humor. You know how to follow up (did I already say that?). You have sales and marketing experience, either working for someone else or for yourself. You've started (or always wanted to start) your own company, no matter how big or small it was (going to be). You can use a pc or a mac, but you probably have (or wish you had) a mac. You like to read. You don't have to be a San Diego Chargers fan but it helps.

This feels more like I'm writing a personal ad for a robot, but I swear, you do exist. You're reading this and already know you're the one for the job.

You can email me by clicking here if you think you might have what it takes. If you know the person for this job, please pass this job posting on to them. It would help me out. Thanks a lot!

thanks san diego you were great

The $400 I spent on the presidents lounge card gets me into pretty much every airport's little commuter hangout. Everyone looks like the guy on the PC vs. Mac commercials (the PC guy not the mac guy). I am starting to peel from all of the sun I got while surfing, the weather here has been great. The waves were fun until yesterday when it went flat and I didn't surf, besides that, I surfed daily in OB, Scripps, or north PB. I grew up surfing La Jolla Shores/Scripps and Blacks, its really nice to come back and surf some familiar waves. I have been running into friends everywhere, its been cool.

Here are some mp3s that I've been listening to lately. I'm pretty hung up on playlist.com and a few music blogs right now.
Division Day - Colorguard
Sonny J - A Hard Day's Night
Chairlift - Bruises
Check them out and then buy them if you like them.

I just bought enough magazines from the airport bookstore that I got one free, I didn't even know I could do that. Going back to CR, its not always fun to stare at a computer. Sometimes I just want something I can read in every room of the house. Spending $30 on magazines makes a day in an airplane go by much quicker. In case you didn't notice, the world has gone a little crazy. We're about to bail out our country's biggest banks with $700 Billion US. What else could we use this money for? With this money we could instead retrofit every vehicle in the US to run on something besides oil, plus the infrastructure such as charging stations. This would create jobs that couldn't be outsourced. We could pay teachers more. Every American could have health care. I wonder what the CEO severance packages look like.

last minute decision to do what

I'm always making up my mind right before I do something. Always. I guess I don't plan much. Is that a good thing? I have no idea. Does that make any sense? Probably not. The truth is I just figured out that I make my mind up right before I do things just a couple of minutes ago, just long enough to write it down. ughhhhh. There I go again. OK it is Tuesday night. My eyes are literally burning, as is the rest of my face, because I carelessly sunburned myself when I went surfing for two hours without sunscreen. I guess I thought I would run into someone between my truck and the sand. Anyone changing into their wetsuit, or laying out on the beach, anyone with sunscreen? Nope. I could have gone to the store and bought some, but no I just went surfing instead. It isn't the burn that bothers me though, its my sunburned eyes. I've surfed five times since Sunday. I'm in San Diego and the weather is just amazing. I have 800 million emails (no lie, I just recounted to make sure). I haven't responded to most of them. I did get this link, which helped me confirm that I agree with Obama on most every issue- http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/MatchoMatic/fullpage?id=5542139 Being back in SD, I've taken the time to check out every surf spot between Sunset Cliffs and La Jolla, including all of the beach breaks and most all of the reefs. There hasn't been too much swell but its been nice to revisit spots and remember the last time I surfed them when they were good. My wife says I talk about surfing all of the time, is that true? I was driving to Larry's house on Saturday morning when I heard the news that Travis Barker from Blink 182 was in a plane crash and in critical condition. I was a junior at USDHS when they played at our Spring Festival. I can't remember who, but a girl from our high school was friends with someone from the band, they used to be called Blink but changed their name to Blink 182. It hit home to hear about the plane crash since the band is from Poway, which is another suburb of SD like Tierrasanta. It sounds like Barker is going to recover fully. I've been so busy with the wedding and with surfing spots I haven't surfed in months, I've totally neglected work things. I have started calling everyone who contacted us about the Peru trip and I don't doubt that the trip will be booked in full tomorrow afternoon. Let me know if you're dying to go, otherwise I will be offering the trip again, probably the same week of November 2009. Did I say my eyes were burning? They totally are. When I met Holly, she was working as a bartendress at Fred's Mexican Cafe and I walked up to place an order. She said something about me having red eyes and probably being really hungry because I had the "munchies", and I argued that it was becuase of surfing that I had red eyes. To this day I explain myself, half lie and half truth. It is true that I've surfed so much that my eyes, especially my right eye, has a sun spot and I think I need some kind of eye surgery. I should have probably seen an eye doctor by now... I should probably start wearing martian surf goggles. Hey, uh, who didn't see the football game last night? I didn't want to start out my blog talking about the Chargers, but come on, what about those Chargers? Finally a win. The truth is that our 1-2 schedule should be more like 2-1 with our first loss being a last second last possible effort win by the Panthers. In case you missed the game the Chargers devastated the Jets 48-29 on Monday Night Football. There was a football party last night on Abbott Street. Tommy sent me this video the other day because I was playing the song when we were on our Panama trip, I think its pretty sweet. I like Johnny Cash, early and late years he's got soul.

that song is heavy, I really like it even though it makes me sad. Here's a song by MGMT that I can listen to afterward and feel better: http://www.hotlinkfiles.com/files/1087916_jw61l/Electric_Feel.mp3]Electric_Feel.mp3
Do you remember Uncle Rico's van? You know, the one Holly and I drove to Maine (because Canada was closed), then to Atlanta (where we left the van in the airport parking lot and then a guy I met in my bar agreed to pick it up), then when Jamie Bott drove it from Atlanta back to San Diego and then drove it through California for the winter while he shot surf pics, to finally today September 23rd. After a nice rest, Uncle Rico's van was cleaned up, battery jumped by our friends from AAA, a little bit of starter fluid shot in the carb by yours truly, and it started up, charged up, got fueled up, then got driven all the way to San Luis Obisbo by John Alexander. (hey John, did you know you have two first names?) Oh, and that last minute decision on what I should do? Should I fly back to Tamarindo and do all of the work that I'm supposed to do? Or should I fly my wife and boys to San Diego and spend another week surfing and hang with family and friends? Or should I pack some needed things in the back of my Toyota Tundra and drive it south to Tamarindo? Right now all three are an option, I guess I have some deciding to do.

Sep 22, 2008

lets go Chargers!

OK.... its still the first quarter of Monday Night Football.... San Diego Chargers 10, New York Jets 7. We MUST win...
If you're in OB, cruise by - 2077 Abbott 92107
GO CHARGERS!!!!!!!

funkyworm

http://www.doughboysgrafix.com/funkyworm.mp3
This is a good Ohio Players track to relax the head.

OK  so I'm back in San Diego now.  I guess I have enough air miles with Continental that they are upgrading me to first class every time I fly now it seems.  At least one of the two flights it takes to fly from Liberia to San Diego.  That or maybe they realize I'm responsible for a certain amount of tickets they sell, and they're quietly saying thank you.  Or I'm just lucky.  Its Friday night and I'm chilling in my dad's office, his room is classic.  There is a photo of he and I when I was like 10 years old.  We had just won some volleyball tournament and we're both wearing the same tshirt and are drinking cans of Cherry Coke, seriously looking like an old school Cherry Coke ad.  My dad has the biggest 80s mustache and haircut, its just great.  I have the worst bowl cut you've seen in a long time.  Ahhh... I'm finally getting to relax a bit.  Everyone drives so fucking fast here, or maybe I just drive slow because I'm used to Costa Rica cruising to Avellanas instead of merging on 163 South.  I'm staying at my parent's house for a few days which is nice, they have a hot tub and cable.  I'm keeping my Toyota Tundra here until I sell it, its pretty new.  I was bummed to see that someone side swiped it while I've been in CR, thats lame.  If it was me that did it I'd be OK with it, but it wasn't.  Oh well.  I'm going surfing with Andy, Justin and Larry tomorrow morning before Andy's wedding.  I just went to the welcome dinner, saw people I hadn't seen in years, that is always a trip.  Since Discovery Kids has been on in my house for the last month straight, I'm going to go downstairs and zone out as I watch digital cable for a few hours.  Thats about where we're at with things.

Peru trip update

OK, I bought a last minute ticket to San Diego and am currently sitting in the Houston airport, late for my flight so I have to run. I did put more info on the Peru trip here: http://www.witchsrocksurfcamp.com/peru.php
Tomorrow we will be taking reservations, if you want to go call Shawna at WRSC at 888 318 SURF.

hang in there Norv

I put Willie Nelson's "Blue Skies" as the first track on my playlist today, it was fitting for the day. I have had a ton of work lately, with it being pay day and a national holiday yesterday here in Costa Rica. The banks were closed, I forgot to transfer money from one account to another and then I was screwed with not enough money to pay everyone atWRSC and had to pay people in cash and coins. The fact that its low season probably has something to do with it too. I can tell that town is going to go from zombie dead ghost town to bustling beach town on November 1st, as from this date onwards we are booking up rooms like crazy. I guess everyone is already planning for when the snow starts to fall, or for that winter trip to somewhere tropical. My mom pinged me onskype on Friday and told me a friend of a friend of hers saw me on tv in San Diego. Then I remembered that Dusty had emailed me and told me when his Fox 6 Scratching the SURFace thing was going to air and I totally forgot about it. I'm sorry mom, I should have told you about it but I forgot, I know this is the kind of things that moms die for. I did find out that you can see it online though, just not withFirefox for some reason so use IE or Safari

Click the first link that says "Tamarindo, Costa Rica"...
Check this out- its the dump truck that Chris and I, on behalf of Zephyr Eco Project, are investigating and thinking we could acquire-

Zephyr has a backhoe in Tamarindo and its available for any projects needed. It has full project insurance and comes with an operator, just let me know and I can arrange to have it available for you over these next two months. You can find me by calling 2653 1262

The Zephyr Eco Project is focusing on environmentally sensitive development services. We will eventually find an alternative to diesel fuel for our equipment, and I have been teaching myself a lot regarding sustainable building and farming. After living at the base of a hill that has been getting developed more and more each year, I am focusing on seeding, building water bars, diverting water flow, and other forms of erosion control and water maintenance. I'm looking forward to the rainy season ending to begin quite a few things with this project. The dump truck above is in Alejuela, so perhaps I could check it out and then fly from San Jose to San Diego. Oh yeah, I'm trying to take a few days off and go to SD to see my high school friend Andy Waer get married (finally) after seven or eight years of living with his girlfriend Amy. I'd really like to make it, but I'm not sure I can with how much is going on down here. After James left, I was reminded that I'm ultimately responsible for making things the way they need to be, and with low season being here we've decided to hunker down and focus on work. I'm not feeling really comfortable about leaving work right now, any business owner knows the feeling. I surfed the rivermouth this morning all by myself for two hours. My friend Sylvia commented on facebook yesterday telling me to watch out for crocodiles, and sure enough one came out into the surf this morning about twenty feet from me. It wasn't very big and didn't bother me at all until it dissappeared, which kindof freaked me out a little bit. With the low tide I guess the river water and silt made the estuary a bit cloudy, and the croc was probably thinking he was still in the river. Or maybe he was bodysurfing. I got a call from Luis an hour ago, he just finished his knee surgery. He was really stoked and thankful for everyone's donations making this all possible, so I wanted to pass on his feelings to the world. He also told me he scored the longest waves of his life the last two days surfing a contest at Boca Barranca. He's going to go through some surf withdrawls so I guess you'll see him working shifts in the surf shop for the next few months. I'm still blown away from Sunday's Charger game, but I won't let it affect my week. I am feeling sorry for the Jets though, as next Monday night the Chargers will be looking to win a game finally this season. I bet they're pretty pissed, I know I was after that game. I know Norv Turner's next door neighbor in Del Mar and passed on the message to Norv that even down here in Tamarindo Costa Rica the entire bar saw that play and everyone was just as blown away. One ref with a $6 whistle blown at the wrong time vs. millions of dollars in instant replay equipment = Cutler's fumble overruled and Broncos beating the Chargers. wtf?

Sep 14, 2008

dude we got robbed by the refs

that Charger game was a tough loss. Now I'm upstairs with a ton of work to do before payday tomorrow. I hope I'll have enough $$ in the bank to pay everyone. Its been tough trying to record a radio report with Tico Hendrix going crazy downstairs on the guitar. I have moved the playlist I posted the other day to myspace.com/witchsrocksurfcamp and keep changing it as it has become my new radio, I'm really stoked on the live tracks I'm finding. I'll write more later.

Sep 10, 2008

determined to lay in hammock asap

I think this happens to me every low season. I should probably go back and look at my blogs from years past, but that wouldn't really change the situation. With this current economy, and with the fact that September and October are the lowest two months of the year, I've been working my ass off to keep the surf camp running smooth. I can already tell that this next high season is going to be really busy, and I'll be more prepared with a slimmed down staff, improved systems, and an overall feeling of "ahhh I'm done building this business and I can just run it" kind of feeling. In the past, I've thought a lot about developing my side property as an extension of the surf camp. I mean, I have just as much undeveloped land as I do land that houses the hotel, restaurant, offices, etc. I could build quite a few really nice hotel rooms over there. The more and more I think about it, while getting older and having a family and valuing my free time... I've decided I'm pretty much over that train of thought and want nothing to do with "more work". Sorry. My brain has moved on to palm trees and sunshine full time, thats why I moved here. The good news is that this is someone else's opportunity. If you have the desire, experience, and financial ability to develop, we could partner up and build some nice beach townhouses or a Denny's for some Moons Over My Hammy or an old school beach movie theater (would be really cool) or who knows what. Long story short, I have no desire to do it myself. Palm trees and sunshine and surfing and family and renting dvds and watching them on my couch and doing more surfing sound like more fun. Also, I am also selling a small part of the surf camp, for anyone who is interested. I have three brand new Toyota vans. They have racks, tourist permits, all insurance. I am looking to sell two of these vans, along with a contract to provide airport shuttles for WRSC for the next five-ten years. Seriously, if you want a reason to move to Costa Rica and you're looking for a business opportunity, you could be running our tourist vans, guiding tours, servicing hotels and tourist offices, all the while working closely with Witch's Rock Surf Camp, surfing, doing something that makes everyone else jealous. In an attempt to simplify life, I want to focus on surfing related things as they are always more important, I can't change that. Its not all about money at the end of the day, but yes you have to make some. Who wants to buy my vans?
For those of you that visit the WRSC website frequently, you will see that I have uploaded a new website. Ah yes, cutbacks were made in the marketing department as well. Actually, I have decided to simply start over again with the site, this time doing things myself instead of relying on others. Working with a company in India is cool at first, but then they're sleeping when I'm working, or I'm about to go to sleep and they want to talk. Whenever I feel anxiety to have to talk to someone, I know its not a good working relationship. I am no computer pro, and the website will always be a work in project, but I'm stoked to be able to quickly put up tools that I've been thinking about. For example I now have this cool RSS feed from kayak.com that lists all of the cheapest flights found online at any given time. There are tons of $400 and less flights to Liberia, even a roundtrip $260 flight from New York City to San Jose! super cheap, I was amazed. I am also using photos of WRSC that are all user images that I found on a google image search or the Witch's Rock Surf Camp facebook group and that are hosted somewhere online, so if you have an image url send it to witchsrocksurfcamp@gmail.com and we'll pop it on the site.

Check out that cake. My wife Holly, knowing me so well, had a Chargers birthday cake made for me last week. It was pretty tasty. It didn't do much to help though, the Chargers lose with 2 seconds left on Sunday. The whole day was kindof screwed up, since for some reason my Sky TV box stopped showing video and only played audio. Cable tv wasn't showing it, Pasatiempo or the Best Western didn't have it. Not wanting to drive, I got online and found the game streaming through some pirate site somewhere.

It of course stopped streaming in the 4th quarter so I missed everything pretty much, so that sucks is what I'm trying to say.
The surf got better, a lot better. Yesterday was one of the best days of the year. Today was fun, I surfed in front of the camp, had a breakfast burrito, dinged out a ton of emails, actually played some tennis today with Holly at the tennis club across the street. You'd never know that there were two full size tennis courts with night lights only a couple hundred meters away. Its a good way to get some exercise when its low tide or when you're bored and want to do something new. I'm going to write more later, I'm finally getting caught up on things. I'm sorry if I haven't written back, I've been MIA upstairs at WRSC. I think what happens is the rains were so bad everyone was huddled inside somewhere, and now since its been sunny the last few days its like someone unpaused life outside.

Sep 3, 2008

ahhh

Except for the fact that it was like a monsoon this morning, from a little after midnight until about 10am, today is a beautiful day. I turn 31 today. If I was a cave man I would be considered old. I did wake up this morning to my roof leaking and a drop of water landing on my face, but thats the charm of living in the same beach shack we moved into 8 years ago when we first moved to Tamarindo. Otis gave me a birthday card, which was sweet. Happy started crawling this morning, so I'm not sure how you can beat that birthday present.

Here is a photo of Happy checking the surf with mommy a couple of days ago. I just went downstairs for my morning coffee(s), and the wind actually stopped howling onshore at a million miles an hour and things are starting to clean up. My good friend Patrick McNulty is driving from San Jose to Tamarindo right now, he couldn't fly because the airport closed with this storm. I talked to him via skype routed to his Verizon phone with the international plan, told him to chill and take it easy, he'll be here by 3pm latest anyways. He's a good friend and a good one to share some birthday beers with.

Pat and I in Nicaragua amidst the Sandanistan propaganda.

Us on a trip to Peru with the WRSC crew. I'm planning another trip to Peru this November 8th-15th, doing a longboard camp with some friends.

Pat and I in southern Nicoya Peninsula, Costa Rica. This was a couple of years ago, we got our truck so stuck we need TWO tractors to pull it out. The irony is that we had gotten stuck in the same place the afternoon before. Punta Coyota is the BOMB, there are some great little spots around there if you know where to look...
I invited Adrian and his wife to come out to Tamarindo for a couple days, but since I'm not sure what this storm is doing the drive is a bit tiresome in the rain. I'm hoping conditions clean up so I can surf all afternoon, otherwise its countdown to beer:thirty. I'm just happy to have made it this far and have such a good family and crew around me. Thanks for all of the facebook happy birthdays, now lets get some surf!

early surf report for tomorrow

crap

I'm realizing the futility of my situation. literally I am. I have so many things open on my desk top that I'm trying to do that its just blown me away. About fifteen firefox tabs like this one, garage band trying to record radio report but can't edit my sound with the bar stereo pumping directly under me. Dreamweaver with about four things open inside of it, remembering my css and html and looking everything up online (fortunately web programmers are the nerds that built the internet and left a good papertrail). Random Text Edit files and Itunes and a chat box and Fetch FTP and Skype. Currently I'm trying to figure out how to get an RSS feed into the new wrsc site i'm completing, oh whoops, just forgot that support guy I was chatting with on aplus.net for my website hosting, wonder how many chats he has going on at the same time, I wonder how long I can keep him waiting. Ok he disonnected, I guess an hour is the answer to that one. Im supposed to have this radio report done by 5pm but sorry, its an hour late. I didn't even surf today. I realize how affected I am by this. If I don't get to surf I get deeply depressed, seriously. I've noticed it this last week. We had a week straight of rain, and the winds have been junk. I haven't bothered with the report on the website as I'm making a new wrsc website (again) anyways. It should be online in the next couple of days. I am going back in time to a much simpler to manage, much cheaper to own website + marketing since it is me that is doing it now and not some programmers in India or my IT guy. I used to be focused in this area of the business and enjoyed it the most, and for what I seriously lack in web programming skills I more than make up for in sheer determination since its my own company. And now, with the low season, I'm very much trying to stay smooth until this next high season comes. The economy hasn't done anyone any favors (except if you're in the oil business), us included, so it just means you have to work a little harder and a little smarter. I told myself I would work late today so I could finish tomorrow by 10AM, since it is my birthday and I don't want to feel like I have to do shit. Seriously though, forget that. I want to chill with my boys before they go to sleep. It really sucks having to work late. I hope the wind dies down tonight and that there are great waves the entire day. If there isn't, at least I own my own bar. I'm having a party and invited all of my staff, plus some friends in the area, seriously not much. We're going to chill for afternoon surf / sunset, some beers and food, if you're in the Tama hood you should come by. Don't bring anything though. I am so not interested in sitting at my desk any longer, when does Family Guy start on channel 98? I need a beer, thats what I need. The Terminator shows up at SANSA Tamarindo airport tomorrow at 11am so its on. And can the Chargers game get here any sooner? Seriously. I mean seriously. come on. Lets go SD
