You are correct that Zephyr is going for a local style, ranchos, earth colors, sustainable materials and building practices. I would love to spread the vision to other projects as well, and now with our builders in place its happening. My partner Chris Hickman will call you to follow up while the builders are down here, I hope you guys are getting some of that Cali swell everyone kept talking about this last week.
